Capital is also a triumph for the genius of Peter Thomson - not only one of this country's most celebrated international golfers but also now one of the world's best course architects. Through his creativity and imagination, Peter is entirely responsible for turning the dream into Capital. His vision, persistence, tenacity and commitment overcame all obstacles.

Capital, I believe, embodies all of the very best elements of golf - its aspirations and ideals, its discipline and its ambition. It is also an insight into the guiding principles of my life, which I believe are reflected in the game of golf and in those who seek its ultimate challenges.
